Morning brief
Your morning coffee, written for you. It reads your goals from Timestripe and your GTM funnel from Nous, then writes what to work first today, where the funnel stands, and a 1% Kaizen improvement saved to Notion.
How it works
1You type the prompt into Claude Code.
terminal
claude code › /morning-brief2
Read your goals. It pulls today's goals, this week's goals, your milestones, and the roadmap anchor from Timestripe, and flags what's past-due or silently dropped.
3
Read your funnel. From Nous it reads the last seven days: momentum, active conversations by direction, the follow-up queue, cooled accounts, and the voice of customer.
4
Decide what to work first. It crosses the funnel with your goals and surfaces two or three prioritized actions, each tied to a specific goal or person.
5
Propose a 1% Kaizen. It proposes tiny improvements, each triggered by something real in today's data, and saves them to your Notion Kaizen database for review.
Customize and set up
- Schedule it to run every morning at 9am, so the brief is waiting when you sit down.
- Tune the config so recurring meetings, non-prospects, and vendor pitches stay out of the funnel read.
- Point it at your Notion Kaizen database, where the proposed improvements are logged.
- Set the funnel window (seven days by default), and turn on a weekly long-stale sweep.
- Run it dry while you tune it, so it writes the brief without logging the Kaizen.
