→ are you SOC 2 compliant?
Not yet, but SOC 2 Type II is on our roadmap, and if compliance is a blocker today you can self-host it on your own infrastructure.
→ why can't I just use my CRM?
Because your CRM stores data for dashboards and managers, so an agent that has to resolve identity, stay in sync and write state back gets none of the structure it actually needs.
→ why can't I just build this myself?
You could, but identity resolution, real-time sync and write-back across every tool is months of engineering, and that's exactly the layer we've already built so you don't have to.
→ is it battle-tested at scale?
We're still early and it works well today, but we won't promise billion-record scale yet, and if that's what you need right now we'll tell you straight.
