Weekly client report
Hand your client a report every week without building it by hand. It reads the lead lists, the people who engaged, and the funnel from their Nous workspace, then writes a polished report into a document, ending in what's next.
How it works
1You type the prompt into Claude Code.
terminal
claude code › /client-report write this week's report for Acme2
Read the lead lists. From the client's Nous workspace it reads what you sourced and sent this week, by source, and the contacts you suppressed as already-touched.
3
Read who engaged. It pulls the people who replied, advanced a stage, or booked, each with their segment and the variant that earned the reply.
4
Read the funnel. It computes sent, replied, positive, and meetings, with the reply rate by variant and by segment, and reads the copy that converted.
5
Write and save the report. It writes a polished, client-facing report into a Google Doc, Notion, or a markdown file, ending in what you'll double down on and change next week.
Customize and set up
- Schedule it weekly, so the report is ready to send every Monday morning.
- Pick the document target, a Google Doc, Notion, or a markdown file.
- Scope it to specific lists or campaigns, or change the reporting period.
- Keep a short brief per client so each report reads in their voice.
- Run it once per client workspace, each with its own API key.
